Hi CarolynWe use a software called Road XS. Have a look at <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://www.roadxs.com">www.roadxs.com</a> We looked at a few but this was the most user-friendly, easy to use and offered the most features and they’re just a lot more modern and further ahead. It is also the only software that fully integrates all services including mini bus and allows us to break down our services per area and zones. The nicest part is I don’t have to manually work everything out, it just does it. They informed us of some of the new things coming out early March and it just looks amazing, we can’t wait! They're also helpful and supportive when we have questions they always get back to us. I’d highly recommend them to you.Hope it helps.

So they explained to us that they did lookups unlike other systems hence how they can provide more accurate estimates etc. We agreed to a fixed monthly price of £250 a month which was cheaper than what we were paying previously. It did more too so it works well for us.
